This company replaced the roof on my 82 year old mother in laws house 45 days ago. The job is very poor, the yard and flowerbed got pummeled with old shingles and debris despite their fancy netting setup. The fences on both sides of the… More house are gouged and scraped from the shingles being thrown down. Brian promised to fix everything but keeps cancelling, making excuses, or at best has some worker to piddle around and waste our time. Jenn hasn't help at all. I don't see where all these raving reviews came from, this roof job is bad. They just need to pay a real crew to replace this mess and quit screwing us around. Do the right thing Brian and Jenn now, not another month from now.
Brian, what's unfortunate is a one or two day job being drug out for over 45 days with no end in sight. You say this is your top priority but your actions show otherwise. This should have been all been corrected within a week of the roof installation, not over 45 days
Its everyone's responsibility to write reviews so others can make informed decisions based on actual events. As you may know I have photos, videos and detailed documentation concerning this entire situation, photos much less flattering than what I posted.
You just got on the roof for the first time yesterday 9/27/24, and you said " It's Bad" and you have to get another crew to fix it. But you didn't. You continue to make promised you don't keep and continue to kick the can down the road.
You can write whatever you want to make yourself look good for the people that read these reviews but the bottom line is your company did a substandard job and you have done very little to make it right despite your promises.
Let me start by saying it is very unfortunate that in Texas the only 2 areas of home construction that do not require contractors to be licensed are foundations and roofs.
This roofing company is the worst!!! They did a horrible job on… More my mom’s roof and even left it unsealed during a pending rainstorm even though my mom warned Brian of dark clouds approaching. Brian stood in our living room and guaranteed us that the roof was 100% SEALED, and then left. Within an hour it was pouring rain and the whole front half of the house was bare decking.
This was preventable. Brian took out some wet insulation and brought 3 fans, but did not return after that and we had to work in the attic for the next week bagging more wet insulation and unboxing stored items. We then had to hire a restoration company to take moisture readings, finish taking out wet insulation, drying attic, and installing new insulation.
Jenn & Brian have zero customer service and are now ghosting my Mom instead of fixing their mess. It’s hard to believe that businesses like this take advantage of seniors. The roof did NOT pass inspection. They have nothing but empty promises and fake rhetoric. They damaged her roof, her sheet-rock, her plants, and her new fence, just to name a few of the issues.
*My husband repeatedly tried to show them problems during installation, but was totally ignored and disrespected. There was no supervision of the crew or oversight. Most of the time there was no one present who spoke English. There were NO racial slurs as claimed by this company at any time. PERIOD
That is slander as you know. We are about the Truth. You say you are about honesty and integrity, but that has proven to be the farthest from the truth. At one point Brian even offered me, my husband, and my mom massage gift cards, as if that made up for his negligence. Unbelievable.
Brian obviously can not get Juan, his lead roofer, to come back out and fix this mess. Brian finally went on the roof for the first time yesterday and when he came down his exact words to my mom were "It is really bad, I need to get another crew out here". Juan evidently would not come back.
Other roof jobs in our neighborhood done by other companies since were completely finished in 1 day and look much better.
I waited 45 days to give you both a chance to make this right before leaving any reviews. The 2 times you actually came out you did "patch jobs" that only has made the roof worse.My mom has been put through so much by your company on top of other issues she is dealing with. There is no excuse for the way you have handled this and how badly you have treated her.
As you know, I have photos, videos, and detailed documentation to support everything I have addressed. At this point it is so bad, as Brian admitted on Friday when he actually went onto the roof, the only option is to have this roof and decking completely replaced with a new roof done by a reputable roofing company.
