RCC did a great job on my new roof! We installed rolled roofing on my back patio slope that had leaking before, and after the last rain came, I was finally able to enjoy my back patio without dodging raindrops ! I would recommend this company! I saw them from living in my neighborhood and how others recommended… Morethem. We had a small leak and they promptly came out to check it out and place a temporary cover until the repair could be completed to avoid any more water. Once they had the approval, they came out within a day and it was fixed. Trey came out and he was very professional and polite from the start. He was able to answer all my questions. Our agent emailed us and told us it we didn't replace our 25 year old roof, we would not be renewed. We contacted RCC for a quote and Trey came out and informed us we had an opportunity for a claim. They asked for our insurance policy info and handled it all from there.
It was approved and settled and they sent Sam out with a 9-man crew to complete the job in ONE DAY.
