Houston Roof Services: What Roof Concepts Construction Provides

RCC provides residential and commercial roofing services across the greater Houston area — Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cypress, and Montgomery County. Here’s a straightforward overview of what we do and how we approach each service.

Roof Inspection and Documentation

The inspection is the foundation of every RCC engagement. We inspect every slope, every penetration, every transition — with full-resolution photos and a written finding. For storm damage, we build the RCC Forensic Damage Assessment: a 14-section report using the 4-D standard (Distinct, Demonstrable, Detrimental, Direct cause) with NOAA and EWI weather corroboration. Basic inspection is free. You keep the documentation regardless of outcome.

Roof Maintenance

Annual maintenance is the highest-value roofing investment most Houston homeowners aren’t making. Pipe boot replacement before they fail, nail pop correction before moisture enters, flashing re-sealing at penetrations showing early separation — these maintenance items cost hundreds of dollars and prevent repairs that cost thousands. RCC builds maintenance plans based on your roof’s current condition and remaining lifespan.

Roof Repair

Isolated damage, flashing failures, wind-displaced shingles, valley repairs, and emergency tarping and stabilization after storm events. Every repair is hand-nailed, properly flashed, and documented. We don’t repair systems past their useful life and call it a maintenance success.

Roof Replacement

Full residential replacement in asphalt shingles (Owens Corning, CertainTeed, TAMKO), metal (standing seam and exposed fastener), tile (concrete, clay, and Brava synthetic), cedar and synthetic cedar, and Euroshield recycled rubber. Every replacement includes 2×4 drip edge, complete gutter detach-and-reset, hand-nailed installation, and EPDM rubber-gasketed flashings. Directorii deposit protection on every job.
