This company replaced the roof on my 82 year old mother in laws house 45 days ago. The job is very poor, the yard and flowerbed got pummeled with old shingles and debris despite their fancy netting setup. Brian promised to fix everything but keeps cancelling, making excuses, or at best has some worker to piddle around and waste our time. Jenn hasn't help at all. I don't see where all these raving reviews came from, this roof job is bad. They just need to pay a real crew to replace this mess and quit screwing us around. Do the right thing Brian and Jenn now, not another month from now.
Brian, what's unfortunate is a one or two day job being drug out for over 45 days with no end in sight. You say this is your top priority but your actions show otherwise. This should have been all been corrected within a week of the roof installation, not over 45 days
Its everyone's responsibility to write reviews so others can make informed decisions based on actual events. As you may know I have photos, videos and detailed documentation concerning this entire situation, photos much less flattering than what I posted.
You just got on the roof for the first time yesterday 9/27/24, and you said " It's Bad" and you have to get another crew to fix it. But you didn't. You continue to make promised you don't keep and continue to kick the can down the road.
You can write whatever you want to make yourself look good for the people that read these reviews but the bottom line is your company did a substandard job and you have done very little to make it right despite your promises. Beyond Disappointing!!!
