This company replaced the roof on my 82 year old mother in laws house 45 days ago. The job is very poor, the yard and flowerbed got pummeled with old shingles and debris despite their fancy netting setup. The fences on both sides of the… More house are gouged and scraped from the shingles being thrown down. Brian promised to fix everything but keeps cancelling, making excuses, or at best has some worker to piddle around and waste our time. Jenn hasn't help at all. I don't see where all these raving reviews came from, this roof job is bad. They just need to pay a real crew to replace this mess and quit screwing us around. Do the right thing Brian and Jenn now, not another month from now.
Brian, what's unfortunate is a one or two day job being drug out for over 45 days with no end in sight. You say this is your top priority but your actions show otherwise. This should have been all been corrected within a week of the roof installation, not over 45 days
Its everyone's responsibility to write reviews so others can make informed decisions based on actual events. As you may know I have photos, videos and detailed documentation concerning this entire situation, photos much less flattering than what I posted.
You just got on the roof for the first time yesterday 9/27/24, and you said " It's Bad" and you have to get another crew to fix it. But you didn't. You continue to make promised you don't keep and continue to kick the can down the road.
You can write whatever you want to make yourself look good for the people that read these reviews but the bottom line is your company did a substandard job and you have done very little to make it right despite your promises.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was not in residence when a severe storm hit my home. I contacted Roof Concepts to evaluate the damage to the roof. They were able to inspect the damage and repair the roof quickly.… More Brain was in contact with me throughout the project. The old roof was done poorly so the team made sure all the original plywood was nailed down securely before replacing the shingles. The work was done in one day and clean up of the old shingles was removed. The crew was great to work with and kept me updated all during the day. I would highly recommend their service. This work was done three months ago and we have had no issues. Thank you for a job well done.
